About Me

Hi, I’m Mark.

I’m a husband, father, grandfather, and follower of Jesus who is still learning what it means to walk with Him every day.

Walking With Jesus Today grew out of a simple desire: to recognize that Jesus is not distant from our everyday lives. He is present in the joyful moments, the difficult ones, the disappointments, the questions, and even the ordinary parts of life that we might otherwise overlook.

My wife, Sharon, and I have learned that walking with Jesus doesn’t mean having everything figured out. It means learning to listen, trust, ask questions, and look for what God may be doing—even when circumstances don’t make sense yet.

This blog is a place for me to share some of that journey: things we are learning, conversations that make us think, Scripture we are exploring, and stories from our own lives.

I’m not writing as someone who has arrived. I’m writing as someone who is walking.

“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy.”

Psalm 16:11

That is what I hope Walking With Jesus Today can be—a place where we learn together to recognize His presence, hear His voice, and discover the joy of walking with Him wherever the path leads.
